How does the trial work?

When you sign up for self-serve, you'll have access to all features on EdApp Growth or Pro. The trials last 30 days.  If you want to trial Mid-size or Enterpise - book a demo with our team.

What happens when the trial ends?

At the end of your trial, your data and setup remain intact but you will need to choose to purchase or downgrade to EdApp free to continue using. Please note that if you do downgrade you may lose access to some features

Do I have to commit to a minimum amount of users?

Yes, for our paid plans, you will be billed for a minimum of 20 users.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Self-serve plans are great for those who have the time and resources and have under 50 users. 

Mid-size is best for organisations that have 50-500 users and would like support with content creation.

Enterprise is perfect for bigger businesses (500+) looking for a bespoke solution.

What happens to my data when I downgrade my subscription?

You will lose any feature data that you do not have access to on the plan you downgraded to. The features that you do have access to will retain the data as is.

What are my payment options?

You can use your credit card for self-serve options. Mid-size and Enterprise are paid via invoice.

How do I update my credit card information?

What kind of support will I get?
